When requesting a credit or insurance product it is always useful to make some preparations before applying. Please find some useful tips to get your mortgage, refinance or insurance inquiry on the way!

The CONNECT portal helps consumers to easily request a range of credit and insurance products online and get the best deal available! Financial Service providers such as Banks and Insurance companies need a variety of supporting documents in addition to your credit or insurance application to assess who you are, where you live and if you have enough income to repay the loan or insurance product you requested.

The following list shows you the typical digital documents that will be requested from you when accepting a deal from a bank through the CONNECT platform. It is important that the information on documents is clearly visible and of good quality (if the information is not clearly visible your application will not be continued):

Credit products:

- Your valid ID or Passport clearly visible 

- If you are employed scans or pictures of your payslips over the last three months as of the date you are doing the application

- If you are employed scans or pictures of your current account statements over the last three months as of the date you are doing the application

- If you are employed scans or pictures of a recent letter of employment (you can request this from your employer)

- If you own a business scans or pictures of your annual statements over the last three years.

- If you own a business scans or pictures of your company's current account statements over the last three months as of the date you are doing the application

- In case of a mortgage or remortgage a taxation report of the property not older than one year 

- in case of a car loan a recent quotation from your car dealer.
